This project was such a pleasure for us to be a part of and to complete. The client family had an existing cottage at this property, spanning many decades and generations. A new building was needed, but it was important to the client that we stay true to the feel of the original cottage. Through this custom design build we were able to honour the original cottage with a similar, but larger, layout, while keeping the traditional cottage ambience very much alive. The new layout provides the space necessary for this cottage to be comfortable and enjoyable all year long. We know that many days will be spent here enjoying the stunning lake views and the new custom building.
